Our office space reflects our commitment to sustainability, with the majority built using reclaimed materials.

We collaborate with clients and subcontractors to minimize waste at construction sites. Our efforts include:

• Reusing building materials whenever possible to reduce both cost and waste.
• Recycling old building materials, such as metals and copper, whenever feasible.
• Prioritizing the recycling of cardboard and office paper waste to reduce our environmental footprint.

Our team is actively pursuing multiple certifications, demonstrating our dedication to sustainability and green building practices. These include:

• GBI Green Globes Emerging Professional
• ISSP Sustainability Excellence Professional
• LEED Associate
• WELL Accredited Professional

These certifications align us with globally recognized standards for environmental responsibility and wellness-focused design, ensuring we deliver the highest quality solutions for our clients.

As part of our dedication to sustainable design, we are proud to engage with the Green Building Initiative (GBI). Currently, we are working toward earning the Green Globes Emerging Professional certification. Green Globes provides a practical, flexible, and user-friendly approach to sustainability. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the gold standard for sustainable building. While Interspace LLC is not yet LEED-certified, we’re fully equipped to help you achieve certification for your project. WELL’s focus on health and well-being complements our commitment to sustainability. Its science-backed system covers air, light, fitness, and more to create spaces that inspire productivity and happiness. We plan to have a WELL Accredited Professional on staff soon to bring this vision to your interior spaces.
